The teaser

Feasting at the Great Western Casa McBardo. Photographs and details forthcoming. But last night was a 15, nay, 16 course extravaganza:

  6. Mussels in lemongrass and ginger
  7. Red snapper ceviche
  8. Uni in vanilla gelee
  9. Lime basil sorbet
  10. Stir fried gailan
  11. Chicken in pandan leaf
  12. Fingerling potatoes cooked in duck fat
  13. Hickory smoked pork with mussamum sauce
  14. Lemon lavender cookies with honeyed ricotta
  15. Caramel and vanilla coated pineapple with deep fried custard
