The things you encounter

I'm contemplating making clotted cream as a project. I may do it at the great Western Casa McBardo if greglor and family permits, although it is a long process. While researching it, I found that most any pasteurized American cream is inferior to what is available in England - a conclusion that I already knew - although some farmer's markets may stock high quality unpasteurized cream.
